Costs and Fees
Registration Fee: A $35.00 annual non-refundable registration fee charge per student is required for all students attending before or after care for any reason including for extracurricular activities. This fee will allow us to provide supplies and light snacks to students attending before and after care throughout the school year.
Hourly Rates: M-F $5 per 30 minute increments*
- Before care (7:15 am – 7:45 am)
- After care (3:00 pm – 5:30 pm)
*Students receiving financial assistance for tuition will pay an hourly rate based on their financial aid percentage

After care follows the school calendar and is not available on holidays or half days.
Who pays for before and after care?
All students attending before and after care will be charged for the time that they are in attendance in before and after care.
How much does before and after care cost?
Before and after care is $5 per 30 minute increments. The school will invoice families weekly for before and after care.
How do I check my student in and out of before and after care and extracurricular activities?
All students must be checked in and out at the front desk for all before and after care and extracurricular activities.
What if my student receives financial assistance for tuition?
Students receiving financial assistance for tuition will pay an hourly rate based on their financial aid.
What will my student do during before and after care?
Students are able to choose from a variety of activities including games, sports, art, recreation, and other activities which benefit children emotionally, socially, physically and mentally. We also provide time during after care for students to do homework and tutoring.
What if my student attends an extracurricular activity or tutoring?
If your student is attending an extracurricular activity or afterschool tutoring you will not be charged for the time that your child is in the extracurricular activity or afterschool tutoring. If your child attends after care before or after their extracurricular activity or afterschool tutoring, you will be charged for after care during that time.
What if I have a student(s) attending after care while his/her/their sibling is attending an extracurricular activity or tutoring?
If you have a student(s) attending after care while their sibling is attending an extracurricular activity or afterschool tutoring, you will be charged for the students attending after care while their sibling is attending their extracurricular activity or afterschool tutoring.

What happens if I do not pick up my student by 5:30?
After care closes promptly at 5:30 p.m. If a parent arrives later, a late pick up fee of $15.00 will be charged until 5:45 and will be $1.00 per minute thereafter. If you have not arrived by 6:00 and we are unable to reach you, we will contact your emergency numbers for assistance with the child(ren). If you are late 3 times, you may be asked to leave the program.
