Camps at ESN
Episcopal School of Nashville is an independent co-educational Pre-K through middle school, serving students of diverse ethnic, cultural, religious, and socio-economic backgrounds. Winter Wonder Camp

 

 

We’re so excited for our first ever Winter Wonder Camp at ESN! Campers will enjoy magical winter arts, crafts, science, and sports at their beloved school, and you get to finish out your work week and get any last-minute holiday shopping done! Email camp@esnashville.org with any questions.

Important Details:

$250/student

For PK-8th grade ESN students only

Registration opens Nov 15 and closes Dec 1

Full payment is due at registration

Schedule:

December 19: 12-3pm

December 20-22: 9am-3pm

Before and after-care:

An additional $12/hr

Before-care is available from 7:30am-9am

After-care is available from 3-5:30pm

Cancellation/Refund Policy:

If ESN cancels Winter Wonder Camp 2023, you will receive a full refund for any days missed due to that closure.

We are not able to offer refunds for any other cancellations, even if your child is sick or not allowed entry because of suspected illness.

Soar Into Summer Camp

Important Details:

$300/week for base camp*

For rising PK-6th graders (open to all of Nashville!) 

Registration opens Jan 1 and closes April 1

50% deposit is due at registration, final payment due by April 1

*Enrichment clubs coming soon! Add-on enrichment clubs will be offered, at an additional cost, for each week.

Schedule:

  • Session 1 – WonderLab Camp | Mon, June 3 – Fri, June 7
  • Session 2 – Out-Of-This-World Camp | Mon, June 10 – Fri, June 14
  • Session 3 – PlayPalooza Camp | Mon, June 24 – Fri, June 28
  • Session 4 – Camp Chaos | Tues, July 8 – Fri, July 12
  • Session 5 – ArtVenture Camp | Mon, July 15 – Fri, July 19

Before and after-care:

An additional $12/hr

Before-care is available from 7:30am-9am

After-care is available from 3-5:30pm

Cancellation/Refund Policy:

If ESN cancels any of our Summer 2024 Camps, you will receive a full refund for any days missed due to that closure.

The following policy applies to any cancellations that are not due to our closure:

  • 50% refund before April 1 (minus $30 non-refundable registration fee)
  • No refunds after May 1
  • If your child is sick or is not allowed entry because of suspected illness, no refunds will be issued

Summer Camp Transfer Policy:

Customers can transfer, without penalty, to another week of camp in the same summer, up until one month before that camp begins. We will not allow any camp transfers less than a month from the start of the camp.
