Endowment + Financial Aid

At Episcopal School of Nashville, our commitment to nurturing curious minds, compassionate hearts, and confident voices is sustained through thoughtful, long-term investment in our mission. Endowment giving provides a powerful way for donors to make a lasting impact—supporting small class sizes, exceptional educators, and an inclusive, engaging academic environment for generations to come. Your gift to the endowment helps ensure that ESN students continue to thrive in a community rooted in purpose, possibility, and lifelong learning.

The Endowed Financial Aid Gift:

Plant a Seed, Nurture a Future

An endowed financial aid gift is a lasting investment in the lives of ESN students. A portion of the interest earned from this fund will be used each year to provide need-based tuition assistance to qualified families, helping ensure that an ESN education remains accessible to a diverse and talented student body. The principal of the fund remains intact, allowing the gift to support future generations in perpetuity. Your generosity plants the seed for a lifelong impact—opening doors to opportunity, equity, and excellence.

Named Endowment Funds

A named endowment fund at Episcopal School of Nashville may be established with an initial investment of $25,000 or more. If you are inspired to create a named fund but are not yet ready to contribute the full amount, you may open a fund with a minimum of $5,000. These funds will be placed in the school’s investment account and will not be drawn upon until the $25,000 threshold is reached through additional gifts or investment growth. Once fully funded, the school will begin making annual distributions from the fund the following fiscal year.

If you are interested in learning more about establishing an endowed fund, please contact Judi North, Director of Development.
