Mindful Tips for the Holidays

With the holidays quickly approaching, it can be easy to lose ourselves in the hustle and bustle of our everyday “To-Do” lists, which can create unwanted stress and anxiety.
In order to take care of ourselves during such a hectic time, I wanted to remind everyone to take the opportunity to slow down just a bit each day to practice MINDFULNESS.
Mindfulness is focusing on the present moment and acknowledging your thoughts and feelings in a non-judgmental way. It's also been shown to decrease behavioral problems in children, and who doesn’t want better behaved children during the holidays?!
