$300/week for base camp*

• For rising PK-6th graders (open to all of Nashville!)

• Registration opens January 15 and closes May 1.

• 50% deposit is due at registration, final payment is due by May 1.

*Add-on Enrichment Clubs will also be offered, at an additional cost, for each week (registration coming soon!). If you register for our base camp, you will receive email communications and registration details as soon as our Enrichment Club schedule is released!

Before and Aftercare will be available for an additional $12/hr.

Beforecare is available from 7:30 - 9 a.m.

Aftercare is available from 3 - 5:30 p.m.

If ESN cancels any of our Summer Camps, you will receive a full refund for any days missed due to that closure.

The following policy applies to any cancellations that are not due to our closure:

• 50% refund before May 1 (minus $30 non-refundable registration fee)

• No refunds after May 1

• If your child is sick or is not allowed entry because of suspected illness, no refunds will be issued

Customers can transfer, without penalty, to another week of camp in the same summer, up until one month before that camp begins. We will not allow any camp transfers less than a month from the start of the camp.
