We are delighted that you would like to apply for your child to attend Episcopal School School of Nashville. Here are the next steps to take to apply:

There is a one-time non-refundable application/testing fee of $50 that is paid at the time the application is processed. If you are interested in applying but need to pay by another way or if you would like to download a copy of the application and submit it by mail, please contact admissions@esnashville.org. If you are in need of Financial Aid, please mark that on the application. 

 

Requirements

Students applying to Episcopal School of Nashville are required to visit the school for a classroom assessment and admission testing.

 

Applicants to Pre-kindergarten are only required to take the Admission assessment. Students must be 4 years old by August 15.

 

Kindergarten through Seventh Grade applicants are required to visit the classroom for a teacher assessment and take an admission test.

 

Pre-Kindergarten and Kindergarten applicants are given the Bracken School Readiness Assessment which helps to assess a child’s readiness for school by evaluating his/her understanding of important foundational academic concepts in the categories of Colors, Letters, Numbers/Counting Sizes/Comparisons, and Shapes.

 

First grade through Eighth Grade applicants are given various measures to test their skill in regard to math, reading, writing, and vocabulary to assess school readiness.
